Live · Clinic coordination

MedCoord

Clinics and medical practices, coordinated in one place.

One shared view for the care coordinator, one calm portal for the patient. Allergies, alerts, medication and what comes next, without the phone tag between departments.

For
Clinics and practices juggling appointments, doctors and patients across departments, and the patients who want to understand their own file.
My role
Everything, from the first sketch to production: product, UX, frontend, backend and deployment.
Status
Live, in production, maintained by me.
MedCoord: the coordinator dashboard on a laptop and the patient portal on a phone

01What it does

Built around how people actually work

  • Coordinator dashboard

Every file you coordinate at a glance: critical alerts, overdue items and the next 14 days of appointments, procedures, refills and checks.

  • Patient file

Allergies, active alerts, medication with the dose at each time of day and the indication, recent values and the latest event.

  • Shareable medical summary

A link that stays valid for a set period, with PDF exports: summary, patient journey, medication schedule and the complete file.

  • Patient portal

Messages from the coordinator, the situation in brief, doses ticked for the day and the documents in the file.

  • Medical assistant

Answers from the patient's own file, in plain words: how to prepare for an appointment, what a medicine is for, which side effects are worth reporting.

  • Romanian and English

Both interfaces switch language in one tap, for staff and patients.

02Screens

The product, as it ships

Real screens from production, not mockups. Names and data are sample content.

03How it was built

The same standard I bring to client work

One senior owner, working software from the first release, and a product that keeps shipping after launch.

  • Designed for the job

Flows drawn from how a coordinator, a patient or a tech lead really spends the day, then tested on real screens before the code.

  • Engineered to last

Typed code, automated tests and a deployment pipeline, so changes ship in days without breaking what already works.

  • Fast and accessible

Light and dark themes, keyboard and screen-reader friendly, quick on a phone and on a slow connection.
